• Calculate packaging material weights for regulatory reporting.
• Generate and archive compliance reports as per EU Member State requirements.
• Provide personalized customer support and technical troubleshooting.

Industry-standard security measures are implemented to protect your sensitive business data. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit.

Your integration credentials (like Shopify access tokens) are stored in secure, encrypted environments and are only used for legitimate data syncing as authorized by you.

Data is never sold to third parties. Information is only shared with sub-processors (such as cloud hosting providers or authentication services) necessary to run the Service.

When generating reports for LUCID or CITEO, this data is not automatically shared with the governments—you move that data yourself, keeping you in full control of your declarations.
