PPWR Reporter provides tools for environmental compliance reporting, including but not limited to, data ingestion from e-commerce platforms and generation of EPR-related reports.

Permission is granted to temporarily access the materials on PPWR Reporter's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You may not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• You may not attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the platform.

While our tools are designed to assist with EU Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR) and Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) compliance, the ultimate legal responsibility for accurate filing and compliance rests solely with the user (the Merchant).

PPWR Reporter does not guarantee that the reports generated will be accepted by all Member State authorities without further review. We recommend consulting with legal counsel for specific compliance requirements in each jurisdiction.

The service integrates with third-party platforms such as Shopify and WooCommerce. By connecting these accounts, you authorize PPWR Reporter to access and process your order and product data as necessary to provide the Service.

PPWR Reporter is not responsible for any changes, outages, or data inaccuracies caused by these third-party platforms.
